The Money Finder is a Financial Services training company that offers professional online training programs focused on Cash Flow Planning for financial advisors—we offer an online designation program called The Certified Cash Flow Specialist™ Designation.
We are looking for a sales driven, results oriented individual. This opportunity includes base salary of ($28,600) + a results based incentive program including commissions, bonuses and benefits (successful candidates can expect $60,000 in total compensation). Candidates who thrive in this role will be given the opportunity to move to a recurring revenue model, allowing unlimited potential for financial compensation and ability to feel the impact of the company's success.

Primary Duties:
• Cultivating relationships with warm leads - outbound warm calling
• Assisting them in attending a half day workshop
• Working within the sales team and communicating important information to our marketing team about what our potential clients want to know before investing in their CCS™ Designation
• Interacting with financial professionals/potential CCS™ candidates as they evaluate how they’ll grow their business in the near future
• Deliver concise information about our training program via telephone conversations
• Completing Opportunity Assessments with potential CCS™ candidates to uncover the hidden revenue within their existing practice
• Successful candidates may earn the opportunity to travel and work at Cash Flow Planning Workshops hosted by The Money Finder in order to answer the questions of financial professionals interested in our training and enroll interested financial professionals in our training. Candidates who earn ability to travel to Workshops have even higher compensation potential!
• Answer and direct calls and emails to other team members when the scope of the request is not in your skill set, or not your unique ability
Must Haves:
• Must have dedicated work space as you will work from home
• Comfort level with technology and learning new skills with technology
• Open minded and interested in learning and career growth as well as keen to contribute to a team
Personality traits:
• Must be a strong closer (getting to a decision point with clients, team members etc)
• Financial Industry background preferred, but not a must
• Ambitious
