Our services include consultation, design/build and the sale of Grain Handling and Seed Equipment Systems. We also carry a large inventory of equipment and spare parts from some of the world’s most innovative farm automation companies.
Opportunity is now available for dedicated individual who looks for long term career development to represent Phair Systems as Sales Operations Manager.
Major Responsibilities
• Responsible for sales forecasting, analytics, productivity, CRM maintenance and other sales support functions in optical sorting products and equipment
• Ensure that business is conducted with integrity at all times and that activities aligns with values of Phair Systems
• Formulate strategies and drive activities to meet sales target
• Develop and implement processes and procedures for effective and efficient sales operations
• Identify opportunities and threats, propose and execute corresponding action plans to ensure business sustainability
• Provide leadership and technical support to the sales team and customers
• Attend trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings and promote optical sorting solutions to potential customers
Job Requirements
• A bachelor degree in engineering or related discipline with at least 5 years of solid trading experience in agricultural industry
• Proven sales and technical knowledge in optical sorting machines
• Demonstrate excellent business acumen in planning and execution
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills with persistence in pursuing leads
• Proficiency in English
• Extensive travel required
Terms of Employment
• Full time, permanent
• 40 working hours / week
• Base wage not less than $42.00 / hour depends on experience
• Extended healthcare and discretionary incentive program
• 2 weeks annual paid vacation
