We are looking for a full time Pharmaceutical Processing Operator with the following recruitment details: 



Education level: Bachelor Degree



Completed years of experience related to the job offer: 1-2 years



Experiences in the pharmaceutical or chemical industry required. 



GMP ( Good Manufacturer Practice ) knowledge required.

WHIMS certification required.



Good physical condition 9:30 to 5:30 pm from Monday to Friday



Salary offered: $30 / hour, number of hours per week: 40 hours a week



Main Duties: 



The agent is primarily responsible for receipt of Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients, clear the customs and take the material back from air cargo, if get material by courier, check the API package and fill the form by SOP, informs the Quality department of any anomaly: damaged packaging, product error, quantity error, odor, appearance…etc. which needs to be filled on form, quarantine and classify in the warehouse or in the cold rooms with pre-printed label provided by quality department.

 

Full responsible for daily calibration for all equipment including scales, thermostat, dehumidifier, bio-cabinet ..etc. and fill all the log books with calibration record . Responsible for all activities in cleanroom which mainly is re-packaging the drugs into different size jar under bio-cabinet by SOP instruction, gowning into the cleanroom properly, fill in the log record for entering and exiting from the cleanroom, clean the cleanroom and bio-cabinet based on cleaning protocol and procedure. Responsible for shipping out product once receive the release instruction from quality department , Physical count shelf inventory and quarantine inventory weekly and report to inventory control manager. Responsible for sampling conducted in cleanroom and ship samples for analysis under work order from quality department, keep warehouse clean and in good order. Clearly completes any documents related to its function.
