Accountabilities

Shop Management
Prepare food order summaries for cooks and kitchen helpers in the kitchen; Prepare and submit reports for the owner and constantly communicate with the ower Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage; Inspect the dinning areas and patio of the restaurant to ensure safety and cleanliness standards; Estimate and order ingredients and supplies; Ensure food service and quality control meet Koyoi's food and service standards; Provide responsive on-site customer services; Knowledge of Japanese cuisines and alcohols is asset

Staff Management
Establish work schedules, and methods and plans to meet the schedule; Supervise and coordinate activities of servers and kitchen helpers who prepare and portion food; Train servers in job duties, sanitation, safety procedures;
