CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE - SHOWROOM & TRADESHOW

Required immediately, our Winnipeg Branch is seeking a CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE - SHOWROOM & TRADESHOW to grow the business and increase awareness of the FLOFORM brand.



The successful candidate will:



* Have a High School Diploma with 1 - 2 years customer service experience

* Be able to initiate contact with the public regarding our products in a friendly and professional demeanor

* Have a genuine interest to learn and follow a structured sales model

* Possess a strong understanding of measurements and fractions along with basic mathematical skills

* Be able to lift up to 40 pounds

* Possess a valid Driver's License and clear criminal record check







Must be available for a TUESDAY - SATURDAY schedule working 30-32 hours per week.



Duties and Responsibilities:

* Assisting customers in the selection of product colour/material selection

* Assisting customers in person, email or on the telephone on a variety of topics related to our products and services

* Processing orders and accepting payment from customers made over the telephone or in person

* Establishing proactive communication with customers to ensure an understanding of product ordered
