Salary: $15.00 hourly for 40 to 44 hours per week

Qualifications
- Ability to communicate orally and in writing in English is required
- Completion of secondary (high) school is required
- 2 years to less than 3 years of related work experience in a restaurant including supervisory experience
Job duties
Restaurant Floor Management
- Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food;
- Prepare food order summaries for chefs and cooks in the kitchen;
- Prepare and submit sales reports and operational issues to the restaurant manager;
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage;
- Estimate and order ingredients and supplies;
- Ensure food service and quality control;
- Explain Japanese sushi and sashimi, tapas dishes, and alcohol drinks such as wine and sake to customers
Staff Management
- Train food service staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures;
- Establish work schedules, and methods and plans to meet the schedules;
- Recruit, interview, and hire food service staff
