Salary: $15.00 hourly for 30 hours per week

Qualifications
- Ability to communicate orally and in writing in English is required
- Completion of secondary (high) school is required
- 2 years to less than 3 years of work experience as a cook in a restaurant is required
Job duties
- Supervise kitchen staff and helpers;
- Recruit and hire staff;
- Inspect kitchens and food service areas;
- Clean kitchen and work areas;
- Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment, and Order them as necessary;
- Prepare and cook Tempura Course Dinner, Lobster Course Dinner, Sashimi Course Dinner and All-You-Can-Eat Special;
- Prepare and cook individual Japanese food menus such as deep-fried tofu, grilled chicken and beef skewers, Edamame, Sashimi and Sushi, Udon and Soba noodle, Tempura, Rice Bowls, and etc.;
- Plan regular menus, determine size of food portions, estimate food requirements and costs; and
- Prepare and cook Bento Boxes and Food Delivery menus upon order;
