Qualification
- Ability to communicate orally and in writing in English is required;
- Completion of secondary (high) school is required;
- 2 years to less than 3 years of related work experience in food service including at least 1 year of supervisory experience
Job duties
- Deal with customers' complaints or concerns as necessary;
- Supervise and Train staff in job duties of food and beverage servers, sanitation and safety procedures of Osho Japanese Restaurant Ltd.;
- Manage day-to-day business operations, and make a report to Manager;
- Schedule food and beverage servers work schedule and shift and establish methods to meet work schedules
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage, estimate ingredients and supplies, and make an inventory report to Owner;
- Keep work area clean and sanitized and inspect workplaces for safety and health hazards;
- Ensure food service and quality control;
- Arrange, assign and review work of food and beverage servers;
