Job Description :

Supervise, assign and review the task of clerks engaged in the following duties/rolls



-Supervise, assign and review the task of clerks engaged in the following duties/rolls: shipping, receiving, storing, distributing, warehousing, moving, packing, and maintaining inventories of dunnage materials, parts and products; invoicing purchasing transactions; co-ordinating production work; dispatching crews; scheduling transportation crews and routes; operating airport ramp servicing vehicles; and other related activities in timely manner.



-Prepare and manage required shipping documents including customs documents, invoice, insurance documents.



Schedule, organize and maintain a view on operational transportation methods of the organization, establish work schedules and procedures, trouble-shoot work-related issues at the front line, submit progress and other reports to the branch manager and co-ordinate activities with other supply-chain segment.

-Supervise, train, and develop moving/Export team by demonstrating skills and provide concrete training for safety in the company’s policy.

-Claim a purchasing request of supplies and materials to a purchasing manager.

-Assist a branch manager by completing administrative tasks for a smooth operation of computer systems, equipment and company vehicles and arrange for maintenance and clearance, send a request of repair to the branch manager.

-Provide necessary training to improve quality of service of the company by hearing customer’s feedback and ensure the change is made timely for better customer satisfaction rate.

Requirement :

-G driving license

-High School Diploma

-2-3 years experience of a similar role



Salary : $23.08/hr
