We are seeking an enthusiastic, energetic individual to make telephone calls to Auto Dealer and Motorcycle Dealer customers. This is a perfect job for someone looking to earn extra income. This position is best suited to an individual who can work on their own with minimal direct supervision, possessing excellent communication skills. We require an individual who can commit to working Monday through Thursday, 6:30 PM until 10 PM Mountain time. Our customer base stretches from the east coast to the west coast, so additional hours may also be available for morning and afternoon contacts. 



The CSR will need to learn and apply our software applications. CSRs must have their own computer with high speed internet access, headset for VOIP phone and a quiet place to work. We pay a competitive hourly wage and provide initial training and ongoing support.



Auto Dealers and Motorcycle Dealers have been using our service since 2003. Some motorcycle or automotive background would be an asset. The focus of our telephone contacts is essentially "touching base" calls with Motorcycle Dealer and Auto Dealer customers, following up on the customer´s purchase, ownership, service or sales event experience. Our primary function is to provide the Dealer with feedback, allowing the Dealer to respond to customer concerns or opportunities.
