Our customer service teams are the link between our amazing products and those who use them daily. We are on the front line in helping our customers via Email, Facebook Messenger, SMS and Chat, taking time to respond quickly and simply to their requests.

**Your Role on the Team**

As a member of the customer service team, you are going to deal with and amaze our customers on a daily basis helping them love oxio, as much as we do! You have mad skills but show an deep sense of caring to make this right for them. You speak to folks in human tones, and you know how to choose your words carefully, always keeping in mind the simple yet meaningful and personalized tone of your communications.

In the eyes of our customers, you are the oxio difference! By helping them, you create a powerful bond. Word of mouth and the enthusiasm of our ambassadors are the fruits of your patient work.

**Your Mad Skills**

- You express yourself perfectly in the written world.
- Your friends have you proof-read their work before it is turned in.
- And when you read something poorly written, it annoys you.
- You have a hard time sleeping knowing you have something in your inbox to action.
- You have above average empathy. You stay calm when everyone gets excited.
- You are the person your family calls for when it comes to computer troubleshooting.
- You are comfortable with technology. You are comfortable in searching for information – google is your friend!

**What puts you over the top**

- You already know about oxio and have a good understanding of the product set.
- You have worked with clients before and you know the difference between good customer satisfaction and great customer satisfaction.
- You have a good knowledge of social media, start-ups excite you and you love hanging out on the internet.
- You maybe had a blog going at one time, even if somewhat embarrassing now
- You think telecoms are cool things
- You have a passion for reading, learning and expanding your horizons
