Responsibilities will include the day-to-day operation of the Condominium complex as noted below, to include;
-coordination of caretaking the interior and exterior common area cleaning
-following the preventative maintenance program for the building
-thorough inspection of the property, both inside and outside
-performing minor repairs and other duties as required by the Board.
-familiarity with Preventative Maintenance Programs
-encouraged/expected to advise the Board of any improvements and or changes that should be considered by the Board of Directors.
