Triahn Enterprises (2018) Ltd is looking for an experienced Dump truck driver to join the team in the Lower Mainland & Fraser Valley area. You will drive a dump truck & pup to transport and dump loose materials, such as sand, gravel, crushed rock, or paving materials. Haul and deliver materials to and from specified vendors and job sites including loading and unloading in designated areas.



**Storage yard is located in Abbotsford, BC and would be required to be picked up in the morning and brought back when work day ends**



Responsibilities: Communicates with load and unload areas, hauls materials safely to designated areas and maintains safe speed, and observes all haulage. Performs walk-around pre-trip safety inspections. Identifies safety problems or concerns and reports any unsafe conditions to Supervisor including near misses and areas where safety can be improved. Maintain an effective system of communications with supervisors and customers serviced.



Qualifications Valid Class 1 Drivers License. Preference will be given to candidates who have previous experience hauling construction materials.



Main Duties: Operate Dump Truck to transport materials from Pits to Jobsites Perform pre-trip, en route and post-trip inspection Follow all procedures to ensure a safe work environment Perform basic emergency repairs as required Keep accurate records regarding loads, mileage, and fuel usage Maintain logbook as required Security and



Safety: Basic security clearance, Driving record check (abstract) Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Physically demanding, long hours, extended periods of sitting.
